Siding materials we install
Vinyl siding
Vinyl is low-maintenance and comes in a wide range of colors and profiles. Cracked, faded, or wind-loosened panels can often be replaced individually when a suitable match is available.
Metal and steel siding
Metal siding resists rot and insects and holds up well on homes, shops, and commercial buildings. Dented or damaged panels can be repaired or replaced depending on the system and panel availability.
Wood and engineered wood siding
Wood and engineered wood siding offer a traditional look. We replace damaged boards and trim and recommend replacement when moisture damage or rot has spread.
Specific products, colors, and scope are confirmed after we inspect the building, and they're included in the written proposal.
Storm and hail damage to siding
High winds can pull vinyl panels loose or tear them off. Hail can crack vinyl, dent metal, and split wood. Damaged siding can let water reach the wall sheathing behind it, so it's worth checking after a major storm even if the roof seems fine.
Delta Roofing can photograph and document siding damage alongside any roof damage and prepare a written repair scope for your insurance claim. Your insurance carrier determines coverage. See our storm damage services and our ground-level storm damage guide.
Soffit, fascia, and trim
Soffit and fascia protect your roof edge and attic from weather and pests, and they support your gutters. We repair and replace damaged or rotted soffit, fascia, and trim, and we can address them along with roofing or gutter work.
Siding questions
Should I repair or replace my siding?
Repair usually makes sense when damage is limited to a few panels or one wall and a suitable match is available. Replacement is often the better choice when damage is widespread, panels are brittle or faded beyond matching, or moisture has damaged the wall behind the siding.
Can you match my existing siding?
Often, but not always. Older or discontinued siding can be hard to match exactly in color and profile. We'll tell you what we find during the inspection and explain your options if an exact match isn't available.
Does homeowners insurance cover hail or wind damage to siding?
Many policies cover sudden storm damage, but coverage depends on your policy, your deductible, and your insurer's decision. Delta can document the damage and provide a written scope. Contact your insurer about filing deadlines and coverage.
Can you replace siding and the roof at the same time?
Yes. Combining roof, siding, gutter, and trim work into one project can simplify scheduling and insurance documentation after a storm. We'll explain the scope for each part of the job in the written proposal.
Do you work on commercial buildings?
Yes. We repair and replace siding on commercial buildings as well as homes. See our commercial roofing services for roof work on the same property.
